Bhelpuri | Bhel puri Chaat | bhel recipe | bhel poori is one of delicious chat recipe, its very popular street food in india bhelpuri is very easy to make for evening snacks bhelpuri mixture of puffed rice, tarmained chutney, pudina chutney,tomato,onion namkeen (bhujiya), and sev. its very quick recipe and children also like this snack in india, there is two types of bhelpuri first one is wet and second one dry, so today i am going to share wet bhelpuri recipe, this post  dedicated  to our own mumbai style version.



Furthermore I would like to add to some suggestions, tips and tricks and variations for perfect Bhel puri recipe, i would highly recommend using crisp or fresh murmura, if you are using not fresh bhel b, you can dry roast low mediuem flame about 5 mintues to make crisp murmura, and if you want more spice taste i would recommend fresh green chutney, and i use some boiled aloo you can also use other veggies like green moong or peas you can replace according your taste.

Ingredients :-

2 Cup Murmura / Puffed rice / Churmuri 

1 Finley Chopped Onion 

1 Finley Chopped Tomato 

1 Boiled potato

1/2 Cup Mixture Namkeen 

2 Tbsp Green Chutney 

2 Tbsp Tarmniad Chutney

1/2 Tsp Mango Powder (Aamchur Powder)

Salt -  To Taste

1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder 

1/2 Tsp  Chaat Masala 

1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 Cup Sev

Handfull papdi (for serve) 

How make Bhel puri with step by step with Photos 

1. Firstly take large bowl, and take 2 cup of murmua, dry roast mumura if its not crisp, if you use fresh murmura you can skip this step.







2. Add 1 finely chopped tomato , 1 finely chopped onion, 1 boiled potato, add 1/2 cup mixture namkeen.



3. Add 2 tbsp green chutney, 2 tbsp taramnaid chutney. 



4. Also add some spices like, 1/2 tsp mango powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, chaat masala.



5. Add  1/2 cup roasted peanuts and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.



6. 1/2 cup  Sev (Nylon sev).



7. Mix well. 







8. Final step is add hanfull crushed papadi, sev, coriander (optional).
