Ingredients :-
Desiccated/fresh coconut(nariyal ka burada) - 4 cups (with measuring cups) ghee
Pure Ghee - 2 -3 tsp
Milk -2 cups
Sugar - 2 cups (as per your taste)
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Some dry nuts (almond chopped) - optional
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
How to make coconut laddu (step by step) : -
Step 1 :-
put a heavy non stick pain on medium flame and heat 3 tsp ghee and then put 4 cups desiccated coconut in it. now roast desiccated coconut at low flame for some time when its color is light brown (do not burn) put 2 cups milk and mix milk well and and after mixing well roast again for few minutes so that the milk is soaked. keep stirring otherwise it will burn.
Step 2 :-
Now add sugar 2 cups And mix sugar well keep flame low sugar melts so the mixture sighlty wet, add 1/2 cup of milk powder
By adding milk powder the taste of starts coming in coconut laddus roast mixture on low flame for 2-3 minutes more.
Step 3 :-
Now put the mixture in other vessel and let it cool down slightly. And make laddus while mixture is sightly warm. After making the laddus coat with desicatted coconut over it.
Delcisious laddu is ready to serve ❤☺
