Besan ke ladoo/laduu is the traditional and premium recipe in Indian sweets its made with chickpea flour and ghee and sugar. this recipe mostly made during festival or ganesh pooja /ganesh chaturthi and its also made in other festival. besan ke laddu recipe generally made just 3 ingredients, and a topping of dry fruits, but can also be mixed with other flours. besan ke laddu is most favorite sweet of Indians and they mostly prepare this recipe on festivals.

well am posting this recipe in my style and according to me this is easiest way to make this sweet and its flavor is mouth watering and its looks more delicious in my style, its made with simple and home available indigents which is ghee, gram flour, sugar. am posting this recipe step by step with photos its more helpful for everyone to see texture and other indigents clearly.
I also share with you some tips and tricks for moist besan ladoo , first tip is before using besan for ladoos i have dry roasted in low flame,this helps to removes dry flavor of besan and also increase besan aroma. yet you need to careful it not be darken and also burn it and second tips is you can try same recipe with jaggery as alternative of sugar. taste is different with both ingredients and Jaggery option is healthy one if made in winter its better option but I suggested you can make with sugar its more tasty than Jaggery. and lastly , instead of using plain chickpea flour, you can mix with it roasted cashew, pistachios and walnuts. you can also decorate with some pistachios on top of each laddu.

Ingredients :-
1/2 cup ghee/clarified butter
2 cup besan/gram flour/chickpea flour
1 cup sugar (powdered sugar)
4 cardamom pods/elachi (green elachi powder)
2 tbsp cashew (kaju)
1 tbsp pistachios for garnishing
1 tbsp almonds for garnishing (optional)
How make besan ka ladoo/laddu with step by step with photos :-
1. firstly sieve besan in large bowl/plate and keep its aside.
2. heat 1/2 cup ghee in heavy pan/ kadhai on low flame.
3. when ghee starts melt add 2 cup sieved besan/gram flour into it
4. mix well using spatula.
5. after mixing well roast both ingredients in low flame till its color turns golden brown, sttiring continuously. when its roasted properly, you will get nice aroma from it. it will take approx 30 minutes however, its may depending of pan/kadhai thickness you are using .
6.Turn off heat and add some add cardamom powder into it .
7. After adding cardamom powder transfer whole mixture into a large bowl or plate and let it cool sightly.when mixture is sightly warm moving on next step.
8. now add powdered sugar into it
9. and mix well and mix until sugar is properly blended in roasted gram flour mixture and mixture turns smooth.
10. final step is prepare a ball sized laddu/ladoo and garnish with some almonds/pistachios.
11. finally laddu is ready to serve and otherwise you can use air tight container for store this laddu/ladoo for 2 weeks.
